Cheese and Chilli Fritters Recipe

An oven-baked or fried savoury snack with parsley and garlic.

I made chili and cheese fritters this afternoon. It’s an easy recipe and a lovely snack. You can use the batter mix to bake muffins. The fritters can be baked in the oven or fried in olive oil.
